Terapeuto CRM to system do zarządzania praktyką terapeutyczną dla terapeutów i centrów terapeutycznych. Może obejmować m.in. kalendarz, dokumentację, notatki, komunikację i narzędzia operacyjne.Terapeuto CRM is a practice management system for therapists and therapy centers. It may include scheduling, records, notes, communication support, and operational tools.
Z Usługi możesz korzystać wyłącznie, jeśli masz prawo do przetwarzania danych osobowych i danych dotyczących zdrowia zgodnie z właściwymi przepisami.You may use the Service only if you are legally allowed to process personal data and health-related information in your jurisdiction and in accordance with applicable law.
Odpowiadasz za działania wykonane w ramach Twojego konta oraz za bezpieczeństwo dostępu. W przypadku podejrzenia nieautoryzowanego dostępu należy niezwłocznie skontaktować się z nami.You are responsible for all actions taken through your account and for keeping login access secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Zachowujesz własność swoich danych. For patient/client data you enter into the Service, you are typically the data controller and Terapeuto acts as data processor, to the extent required by law.

Korzystamy z dostawców infrastruktury: Fly.io (hosting i storage trwały) oraz Tigris (backupy object storage).We use technical and organizational safeguards, including access audit logs and encryption measures for sensitive notes where feasible. We use infrastructure providers including Fly.io (hosting and persistent storage) and Tigris (object storage backups).
Docelowa dostępność (SLA target) wynosi powyżej 95%. Jest to cel operacyjny, a nie bezwzględna gwarancja.Target availability (SLA target) is above 95%. This is a target, not an absolute guarantee.
Planowane aktualizacje i prace serwisowe są wykonywane co do zasady w godzinach 22:00-06:00 (czas lokalny).Planned updates and maintenance are generally performed between 22:00 and 06:00 (local time) whenever possible.
Cennik ma charakter indywidualny (custom). Cena referencyjna zaczyna się od 79 PLN lub 19 EUR.Pricing is custom and agreed individually. Reference starting pricing is from 79 PLN or 19 EUR.
Obecnie brak płatności w aplikacji. Rozliczenia prowadzone są ręcznie przez e-mail, a faktury wystawiane są ręcznie dla każdego klienta.There is currently no in-app payment method. Billing is handled manually by email and invoices are issued manually per client.
Nie wolno korzystać z Usługi w sposób niezgodny z prawem, podejmować prób nieautoryzowanego dostępu, rozsyłać złośliwego oprogramowania ani naruszać poufności, integralności i dostępności Usługi.You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access attempts, malware distribution, or any activity that threatens confidentiality, integrity, or availability of the Service.
